How to Add a Google Business Profile Manager Quickly and Easily
Before I can provide your GBP services, you’ll need to add me as a manager. This gives me the access needed to complete your project while you remain in control of your account. This page will provide clear instructions, so you can make it happen without wasting time.
What You’ll Need
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Access to the Google account that owns your Google Business Profile
- A computer or mobile device with an internet connection
- A few minutes to complete the process
If you’re not sure which Google account owns your profile, don’t worry. Contact me before moving forward, and I’ll help you determine the best next step.
Step 1: Sign In
Sign in to the Google account that owns your Google Business Profile.
If you have more than one Google account, be sure you’re using the account with owner access.
Step 2: Open Your Google Business Profile
Search for your business on Google while you’re signed in.
If you’re using the correct account, you’ll see your Business Profile management options near the top of the search results.
Step 3: Open Business Profile Settings
From your Business Profile management menu:
- Select Business Profile settings
- Choose People and access
Google occasionally changes the wording or layout, but you’ll be looking for the section that manages who has access to your profile.
Step 4: Add a New Manager
Select Add (or the plus sign, depending on Google’s current layout).
Enter the email address provided by Fishes + Loaves Digital.
Choose the role: Manager
Then send the invitation.
Step 5: Let Me Know
Once you’ve sent the invitation, send me a quick email letting me know it’s complete.
I’ll accept the invitation and confirm that I have access before beginning work on your project.
